A low quality recording of partials of a PCI Bank advert and an episode of Hullabaloo from 1966.
The clip of Hullabaloo is from a February 28th 1966 episode. Here in this clip, the host introduces The Young Rascals performing "Good Lovin". Though the audio was dubbed later on with a different Young Rascals song. (Thanks to History in Motion for this information)
