Yo, ive been legit waiting for this for six fucking years almost. Shed a tear when i saw that K.O screen. Future gohan is and always will be the G.O.A.T for me in db lore and to see this banger of an animation lineup is breathtaking
I almost thought that the revival is a switch to Trunks, but man seeing gohan continue the fight is surely sad and exciting, kinda wish the 18 ki was the outcome of the fight
i called all of this im hapyp this is gonna be LIT, but they really missed the chance for the ressurect affect to have gohan die and have trunks come back
That was awesome but I wanted to see the exchange happen because the Gohan death scene where Trunks went ssj for the first time and was yelling and his hands started bleeding was so awesome and beautiful but this is good too

I would've have preferred that over gohan getting back up really to keep it how it happened in the special. But then again dokkan does have super attacks that happen had the character succeeded to perform them so I can't really deny it. Overall the animations are good just wish it was more accurate
BRUH I am at my university's library rn but wanna scream so bad lmao. The homie future gohan looking 🔥 🔥 🔥 . Only thing missing was a KO screen after the kamehameha at the end. This does make sceptical as to how they will do a Future Gohan exchange/revival into SSJ Trunks in the far away future.
DUDE! That is amazing! But at the end I was so hyped to see a revive into Trunks turning super saiyan.... dude that got me so hyped for a second! Still awesome tho.
They really took inspiration from Kakorat for the first super attack and the third super attack the way it showed Gohan on the left and trunks on the right mimics the Kakorat cutscene of Trunks killing #17 and the 3rd one showing Gohans Last Resort Masenko before he is to tired to use his moves or fight ;_; quick edit I just realized the final super attack is Gohans Last Kamehameha to repel the barrage of key blasts. That's beautiful to show what if Gohan managed to use it and survive.
Not to forget that Future Gohan and Trunks side by side charging their masenko in frontal view basically is a reference to their double Masenko against Broly in the first Broly movie. They did great work on this card
First off, they finally get the arm right. Second, very good use of Kakarot animations. Third, and most importantly... They gave our boi FUTURE GOHAN a fucking REVIVAL! The feels of seeing this man stand up again q-q
welp here he is this is what people were begging for an LR revived future gohan and he has one arm (don't know why people are obsessed with that) and he gets another hardcore OST so now the man has four this game is really showing this guy some love and love the call back to his kakarot boss battle with the androids
The mad lads ACTALLY did it! All it took was me criticizing them for always wussing out and never making heroic, one armed version of future Gohan. Then they not only prove me wrong, but they make it look AMAZING and give it a banger of an ost. Color me satisfied.
If anyone cried (or creamed their pants) whilst watching the TRUE Chadhan strut his stuff, I wouldn't blame you. They even tried to implement the Double Masenko face-split from DBZ: Kakarot!!! Such a beautiful 1-armed boi he is!
lol future gohan did the masenko like once in the actual Z anime and not at all in the special. I’m liking the original animations (and not j rehashing the dokkanfest future gohan super attack animations) but the masenko spam is eh. would’ve been cool if he nulified blask supers with his energy shield he did in the special. maybe do a special beam cannon instead? like he had for some reason in BT3
I feel as though a future themed 7 yr anniversary could be very possible.. idk future was dead for a while I'm just happy they're getting all of these much needed buffs
