I have a 125 . 250 hours on it. I loaded the rear tires and I put 2.5 inch wheel spacers on it and she is a work horse. I love it .I put a ballast box on the rear and I use it to carry tools. Good luck.
I borrowed this same model tractor from my best friend. The tractor has a Tractor Supply blade scraper on the rear and a canopy for a little shade. This little workhorse was used on about 1/3 acre of rough, rutted hard surface dirt and a sandy soil area where a creek runs during rainy season. I used 4wd and low gear in dirt and sand area but never locked the differential. I would recommend this little tractor and had fun using it.
Great review. I just got my MT125 a couple months ago and am super impressed with it. I did all the same research you did and just couldn’t pass up the price and specs compared to all other brands. I went all out and got the backhoe and mid mower with mine. The backhoe has already proven to be super useful.
@@garyp1930 I haven’t had any major problems. I haven’t had anything else to compare it to but so far for the small projects I do and mowing it’s been great. If you’re trying to move any real weight or anything you’ll need to put it in low because it just doesn’t have the power in high. But that probably pretty normal. When I got mine I was able to get the loader, mower, and backhoe out the door for $18,600 so that was the main factor in me getting this.

Had to watch your videos as I own the same car - 2012 caprice ppv and same tractor. I've got the mower deck and loaded tires. I've found that a back scoop is the best rear implement as you can scoop dirt or whatever for weight, then dump it when done and also move twice as much soil at once. Building something simply for weight in the rear always seemed nearly useless to me. 450 hrs on tractor in 1.5 years. Have had loader bleed down the entire time. Loader controls under rubber dust boot are ball joint types and are poorly designed and of poor steel quality, they need weld reinforced, I've done so. There is a pin for forward/reverse hst that reams out, I welded for best fix. Hydraulic lines are poor quality, replaced with premium. Front axles just started leaking at pivot points and ball joints are worn. The dealer I got it from keeps for months and doesn't fix correctly so I do my own work. I use mine much harder than most on 14 acres, building trails, digging out and pushing over trees, digging out and carrying rocks, all up and down steep grades, also mow my 1.5 acre lawn. I replace fluids and filters twice as much as recommended. I use this as a tractor and expect things to break. My only complaint is the dealer and loader bleed down which is probably a seal leak on hydraulic cylinder. No problems with Yanmar engine.
I think Imma get one… got quoted 22.5k for a mt125 with front loader, auger, box scraper, mid body mower, and backhoe… similar kubota bx23s package quoted over 34k… I have 2 LS dealers with shops within 75 miles in 2 directions… this tractor will also be my first and seems to be the most bang for my buck…
@@philhood5023 it was a LS dealer in Los Molinos in California. I didn’t get the LS, day before I went to buy it, I found a 2019 John Deere with 8 attachments for 24k….
Maybe you have by now seeing as this is 1yr old but it not, a HeavyHitch weight bar would be a good accessory for you as much as you use your loader. You already have a quick hitch so it would be easy to put on & off. Might save your life😊
