IG: zip_city_ct. Here are a few clips from my first start-up. This is a 1971 Nova pro-touring build, full coilover suspension, Brembo brakes, mini-tubbed, caged, 6 speed etc. All built in my garage. Engine is a L96 (2010 Vortec 6.0) from a Suburban 2500. Stock wiring and ECU modified by Standalone Harness.

im doing my L96 swap alone right now,its a pain in the ass haha cant wait till its done,im going to do a cam swap later on,i want to see how hot it runs first being that i live in tx.

just got mine the other day it came out a of 2011 hd2500 work truck for some oil co,so its been maintained and has 89,000 miles im putting it in a 2005 chevy blazer 2 door with a manual and going with a texas stage 1 cam im thinking,not sure which one but definitely the texas motor sport cam or what ever its called haha,hell i live in texas but im kinda nervous you just have to work the bugs out,i did a engine swop back in 98 i had a s-10 and put a vette LT1 with a manual it was super fast,i blew away so many mustangs and shit it was funny,and it was only 300 hp so im excited to see how this thing will do,good luck with yours,get you that cam and tune it will wake it up for sure,later man.

Trying to figure out the wiring in my 76 regal with soon to be L96 and 6l90e swap. Did you need a TAC module for your gas pedal? My motor came out of a 10 express 3500 van. May be different wiring. I am Jelly of our NOVA though! Edit- My Regal is running strong and I did not need the tac module. Wiring was simple enough once I found out that my 2010 motor uses 2011 wiring which is different.

I just bought a L96 with 65k miles to swap into my 69 camaro....I'll be using LS3 intake as well. TSP bald eagle cam is what im thinking.

Sounds awesome, I'd like to do a cam down the road. I think the L96 is a good value for the strong stock HP and LS3 heads. I've had my car running and driving a few weeks now and it's a blast! Need to make a new vid...

What water pump set up did you use? looks different than mne.

I had to ditch the stock water pump to run an ICT Billet front drive config. I think the stock VVT truck water pump is too long, so I used an L99 Camaro pump, which also cleared the LS3 intake better.

Cityoftrees1911 I think as far as LS swaps go its a good value. Good stock HP with lots of room to grow since they have LS3 heads. L96’s are drive by wire, VVT, and flex fuel. There is prob more info on swapping earlier LS motors (gen 3) into GMT400’s.

Moved em' inside. I 3D printed a coil mount for the top of the trans tunnel and routed the wires through the firewall. There's a quick picture of it in the video I just put up.
