Owned an MGA for about three decades -- searched and searched for a "Fifth" cog in that gearbox, and never found it. (Hear Tell that a transmission with with Mazda Miata internals is "Just Loverly.")
Also, 48 spoke wire wheels were a fairly constant Headache. I see your Model A has steel wheels, and those are "pretty nice." (72 spoke wheels were always "A little out of my price range.")
