Hey Alan input shaft bearing in the trans is your problem.. your going to need a new transmission or a rebuild sadly. here is how to tell the difference, a throwout bearing will make noise when your clutch is pressed down. and input shaft bearing makes noise when your off the clutch pedal. good luck and keep making videos man

Allen easiest way to get rid of that dent in the rear quarter - stuff a deflated football (or a block of foam) in between the strut tower and the sheet metal to keep pushed out!

That winding noise in the beginning is the throw out bearing! Happens to my SR all the time lol

Don't know if it's been said already or not, haven't read the comments lol but the noise you're hearing is either your throw out bearing or your input shaft bearing. More than likely input shaft bearing because TOBs usually squeak when worn unless it's REALLY BAD. I also have the same problem with my car lol.

Not sure if you didnt figure out already, but the sound in neutral with open clutch is pretty sure due to worn bearings on the transmission input shaft. You open the clutch, the trans input slows done, stops -> no noise. Close it again -> noise.

That whirring noise is definitely coming from your throwout bearing. The T56 is known for have a throwout bearing and transmission that is a little on the noisier side.

A heat gun, a rubber mallet, and a little bit of patience will do those rear quarters good. Seems like you just need to flatten the lip slightly!

That noise is 100% the throwout bearing but it isn't a problem. Just gonna make that noise until your next clutch job

and it is the throwout bearing just changed mine in my 02 5.7 ls1 for my vert had a bad throwout bearing and slave Cylinder

Hey Alan the throw out bearing would make a knocking sound when the clutch is depressed but be silent when your foot is on the clutch. I have the same problem with my Z33

My throw out bearing makes the exact same noise. I thrash it and have never had a problem. Apparently aftermarket ones make a lot of noise in the LS

They are probably a32 cefiro/maxima tie rods. Thats what we run in nz on all our s13/14/15

You can put rpf1 on the truck, just get them in 19s

It's the throw out bearing bro... I had same issue with my 79 f100.. until I changed that bearing it went away
