@@rajas27 I use Balaclava under helmets so for me there is no such noise issues because my ears are always covered with it. I can't say anything related to that.

It depends upon how long you have been using helmets. Although anything above 1550 grams definitely leaves an impact after a long ride of more than 200+KMS
