If you doing a vacuum brake booster go BTR Red Hot or TSP Bald Eagle, I wouldn’t go more than stage 2. Since they changed the pulley it should have the solid bearing already. You don’t need both pins but it definitely wouldn’t hurt. Check out R&D fabrication for the injectors and exchanger. If you go with the 525 pump might want to add a pwm module.

NO E85!!!! That shit fucks up the engine, especially if you switch back and forth! I have the 5.3L in my Tahoe, and do alot of driving. First few years, I ran E85. Yes, it gives you more boost/power, but it burns fast! My 2 cents.
