Hi, I have a question tenant paid $500 on May but it is actually paying for the January's rent. Should I put it for rent period of January or May when I fill when I fill out the rent details on page 2 of N4?
Hi Amy. I have the same problem like you. Can you help? My tenant didn't pay January & February rent. Paid me March 1st & April 5th. When I fill out N4, should I put unpaid January & February rent or March & April rent?
