I think a really good feature would be a panic button on the radio, they have it in the UK where when it's pushed all available officers respond to that location to assist the officer, would be a great feature for shootouts etc

Why not shoot the tires? yes it may cause damage to other road users, but at least it is better than going across half of the freaking map causing damage though the wake of the awful AI. Perhaps install that spike mod to spike the tires of the suspect? It may be possible to get the spike mod and the road block mod to work together to have it setup a spike "road block" ahead of the pursuit path.

I hate to be THAT guy, but can anyone tell me how they installed the Explorer in this video? I was able to replace the skins and everything just fine, but when it tells to change the handling in the Meta File, I have no idea how to do that. It won't let me edit that. Any info would be great, thanks.
