That is a UK police car, same ones they use here. Also the licence plate is UK format and the emergency lights too.

+FirstThirtyMinutes use Double Doppler's British skin for the BMW. that's why it has an all blue lightbar and White and Yellow Licence plates.

That car is meant to be a uk car but in this vid it is USA it is all blue for that reason and if you look closely there is 2 lights that don't flash there meant to be red when at a traffic stop

+Amit Assasson He pulled a gun on him. You can't really do a real felony stop in the game yet, either way. the guy pull a gun on him so he was in in his right to pull out his gun and defend himself from the suspect.

+Trikster1of4 In fact, the car is a BMW Traffic unit that Double Doppler made. Someone's obviously re-skinned it and removed the British marking and added fictional LSPD ones.
