I've tried using a regular drill bit to drill through the stud and it won't even put it in it is this guaranteed to drill through one the studs like really hard it won't even go through it

Does this work on BMW lug studs?

This kit does not work on lug nut bolts common on German and most European cars, one option you could try is to weld nut to the lug nut bolt to remove.

This 100% works on lug bolts. I work on European cars for a living. There is only a slight variance you have to perform. 1) drill the bolt as seen in this video. 2) once the head of the lug has been hollowed out significantly, take a prybar and pry between the wheel, and a sutible location on the suspension/spindle assembly. The head of the lug bolt will be thinned out, and will not withstand the torque of prying the wheel. It will snap off. After that, the remaining stud will be removable by hand majority of the time. Make sure to check the hub assembly for excessive runout after the wheel is removed. Sometimes you can warp it from prying. Good luck.

@@LynxStarAuto Agree 100% with this. 25yr BMW tech here, and i removed a completely frozen lug bolt off a 2015 640xdrive by chewing away a the head, and breaking the rest off once thin enough, as stated above. 0 damage to the wheel or hub. Just need to make sure you centered perfectly, and i recommend a quality drill with a side handle for maximum stability. just take your time.
