Enjoyed the video. Thanks for posting In 1964, the company I worked for was using laser CNC equipment to manufacture special military aircraft parts & military compact radio chassis. We also used Lasers for high security point to point long distance 'communications' & for performing 'holographic' modeling/ mapping/ designing/ viewing. The early models were very large, required hours of manual programming by a highly trained, skilled person & very expensive. (Only the government could afford to pay for them then.) The latest versions, like the one shown in this video are much more refined, smaller, very efficient, affordable, have computer apps that can quickly program the laser to do any pattern required & are simple & easy to use.
dipende dalle lavorazioni che fai, comunque potresti approffittare di color che lo hanno, io ogni tanto faccio qualche cancello o ringhiere in ferro e tagliare tutti i pezzi al laser, credimi ti semplifica di molto il lavoro
That laser is probably a kilowatt, give or take. Have you tried what happens when you focus the sun on your hand with a magnifying glass? It hurts. Like hell. Well a kilowatt is the same as if you used a square meter magnifying glass or a 45-inch (1.2m) telescope to do the same. At these wavelengths and power levels, it doesn't really matter too much what you put under the laser. It will be cut pretty fast.
Si concettualmente è un lavoro molto simile a quello ke faccio io con il plasma cnc... la tagliatubi laser mi sarebbe molto utile per tagliare i profilati ke uso per fare le scale a giorno tipo rintal, nn so se le hai presente... ho visto ke ne hanno fatto una simile con tecnologia plasma anzikè laser...
A multi axis tube laser runs from about 1.5 to 2 million - new. This doesn't include the other things that you will need to run it, such as the chiller, and the oxygen/nitrogen tanks.
Ho gia fatto delle scale per interno, anche scale per cantine vinicole, tutto in inox. Per quanto ne so sulla tecnologia plasma, non mi sembra che abbia la stessa precisione del laser e la velocità, ma per un uso di piccole entità o singoli pezzi credo sia meglio, soprattutto per l'investimento iniziale
ciao lavoriamo dai grandi impianti per ristorazione, navale, carpenteria leggera. Abbiamo già 2 laser più piccoli e curvatubi e altre macchine per svariate lavorazioni del tubo...quindi possiamo spazziare per molti settori. Tu che fai?
Io faccio il fabbro cmq sn anche un disegnatore CAD ... ma non utilizzo la tecnologia laser in quanto ancora troppo costosa :) ... In azienda utilizzo un taglio plasma cnc... ovviamente non paragonabile in termini di qualità ad un laser
