Thank you for this beautiful explanation. My question is if someone has availed ltc with 10 days leave encashment but due to certain reason could not perform the journey. So the employee has to refund the entire amount to government. What happens to the 10days leave encashed for this LTC. Will the leave returned back to the leave account or lapse .

Har 4 saal ke block mai 2 times. No limit till service. But encashment only for 60 days. 1 baar main maximum 10 days only

When a person retires the leave encashment will be at rates eligible at that time. So in that case I think employee should not be at loss if he/she does not take leave encashment.

But sir you took DA+basic same for both time at LTC encashment and after retirement leave encashment.... How can both the same.... At the time of retirement...our basic+dA will be much more than that of at the time of LTC

Dopt 23/09/08 में आपने बताया कि -The leave encashed at the time of LTC will not be deducted from the maximum amount of earned leave encashable at the time of retirement.लेकिन last example में retirement के समय आपने 270 EL से 60 Encashed El घटा के 210 days का ही encash होगा।plz ये clear कर दीजिए🙏🙏🙏

It means if an employee encashed 60 days EL with LTC during service and 300 or more leave (after deduction of 60) are available in leave account, encashment of 300 days leave is admissible at the time of retirement. Maximum limit of 300 days will not be reduced due to encashment of EL with LTC during service.

Retirement ke din aapke pass jitni el hogi enmese aapne ltc ke vakt leaveincasement karaya hoga vah el minus nahi hogi. Ltc ke vakt aapke a/c me jitni el hogi unmese se baad bogi. Example me se hame ye samjna chahiye ki Ltc ke vakt a/c me 270 el thi Unmese 60 el ka cash karvaya to balance 270-60= 210 raha Aur unke baad aapke el a/c me koi el jama nahi hue. 210 balance bachi hai aur aapki retirement se pahele 90 el aapke a/c me plus hogi to total 300 el aapke pass hogi Aur unmese (300 me se) ab 60 bad nahi hogi.

गुरुजी अगर एक व्यक्ति दिल्ली गवर्नमेंट में employee है और उसकी पत्नी हरियाणा सरकार में employee है। उनके दो बच्चे है। दोनो का होमटाउन हरियाणा है। हरियाणा और दिल्ली गवर्नमेंट के अलग अलग LTC ब्लॉक year है। पत्नी को हरियाणा सरकार से LTC के रूप में हर 4 साल में एक महीने की सैलरी मिल कैश मिल जाती है। क्या पति दिल्ली सरकार में केवल अपना और बच्चो ( केवल 3 लोगो) का LTC या LTC home town ले सकता है? हां या नहीं? अगर नही ले सकता तो यह जरूर बताइए कि क्या वह पति बिना LTC claim किए Leave Encashment (6 बार 10 - 10 दिन in service) ले सकता है?

BP = 68000 DA @31% = 21080 TOTAL = 89080 10 days EL encashment = 89080 X 10/30 = 29693 This amount will be added in gross salary and will be taxed according to tax slabs.

you already availed encashment of leaves during service period... means 60 days instantly deducted from your EL account. so only balance EL's are only available at d time of retirement....i.e 300. so you get maximum benefit of 300 EL's. No need of adding even HPL. Thank you!

EL encashment LTC ke sath hi milta h. You will have 271+10+70 = 351 at the time of retirement, hence it will be beneficial to take EL encashment while availing LTC.

1. Both husband and wife can claim EL encashment for the same LTC 2. Leave encashment is not linked to to the type of leave used for LTC.

In a LTC block year of 4 years, there are 2 sub blocks of 2 years each. In a sub block of 2 years, you can avail either Hometown LTC or Any place in India LTC.

Not mandatory to take leave for 10 days. Own car is not admissible.

Husband Central govt मे हो और वाइफ स्टेट govt मे तब कौन कौन से benefit दोनों में से कोई एक ही claim कर सकता है। Ex. Medical, LTC, CEA, HRA and others. LTC मे leave encashment का लाभ दोनों को कैसे मिलेगा और यदि दोनों अलग अलग station पर तैनात हो तो होम टाउन LTC का लाभ कैसे मिलेगा। अगर वाइफ CGHS का लाभ लेगी तब भी क्या वह स्टेट govt. Employee को मिली मेडिकल फैसिलिटी में अपने खुद के माता पिता का नाम add करा कर उनको लाभ दे सकती है।

जय हिंद, गुरु जी अगर किसी कार्मिक ने ड्यूटी प्लेस से गृहनगर के लिए एलटीसी के साथ 10 दिन का अवकाश नगदीकरण लिया, 10 दिन अवकाश का भुगतान कार्मिक को कर दिया गया, परन्तु कार्मिक ने एलटीसी के दौरान घर तक जाने एवं वापस आने के किराए का क्लेम नहीं किया, तो क्या उसके 10 दिन अवकाश नकदीकरण भुगतान को भी रिकवर किया जाएगा। अगर क्या जायगा तो उसके रिकवर का फॉर्मूला क्या है।
