Dear Everyone! Many of you have requested (under this video and others) that I provide the backing track and tab for the song. So far, I've been making these demos in a way that after uploading the video, I immediately delete the project. I've never actually made a tab... The question is, should I upload the backing tracks of future songs somewhere? Does anyone find this interesting or useful? Maybe a separate drum track? If many people are interested in this, then in the future, I might aim to upload and make these available. Please let me know in the comments! Thank you!

I just bought one of these today and I didn't realise there are different features on different year models. Mine has push/pull tone knob, proper 12th fret inlay, worded truss rod covers and is made in Indonesia!

Edwin Ang yeah man, seems like they revised the later ones. Biggest difference is probably the ebony fretboard on these later runs

.... I play cleans and blues with this exact guitar lmao but it definitely has lots of bite to it. I adore this guitar, I took the pickup covers off though and it looks much better IMO. Has black pickups and it tones down the gold, let those PUPs breathe 👌

No, there is no coil split on this guitar. Not only good for metal, it can be a great instrument for many genres!

Sounds explosive wow good job. I can not seem to know if the ltd and ESP sound so good when I hear that. But Seymour duncan seem to be terrible it changes EMG. I just discovered your channel I'll watch all your test

Guys ! I decided I want to buy this guitar however I still struggle which one to choose the Duncan or the EMG version . Any help would be really appreciated

I just ordered the Duncan version, way more versatile than the EMG version. The JB Duncan pick up in the bridge can do anything from Thrash Metal to Hard Blues Rock etc. Megadeth and Testament guitarists use the JB Pickup. I was going to get the EMG version coz I like Metallica but EMGs aren’t as versatile. These Duncan pickups through a high gain Marshall amp will be fine for Metallica.

I plan on ordering the duncan version but will be swapping the pick ups for a nazgul sentient set personal preference. But just a thought if your interested.

Hi! Although this comment is three years old, I just saw it now for some reason, and I guess it's not relevant anymore, but honestly, I would choose a Duncan pickup set. In my opinion, there's more potential in it; for me, the majority of EMG pickups sound "raw" and it's harder to vary the tone compared to with a Duncan.

This is from the new wave of ltd ec1000 Made in Indonesia, the old ec1000s with emg pickups are made in Korea. Trust me i have both of them

Ugh. 0:04 - 0:56 - I HATE videos that demo overdrive/distortion with that type of playing. It all sounds the same... unoriginal, robotic, mechanical mush playing almost entirely on the bottom strings, without giving any clue regarding chord separation under heavy distortion.

That guitar is clearly made for metal hence the low tuning and distorted sound. As for the playing - its still better than the same old pentatonic and blues licks.
