@WinInk So, the upper bound of the hysteresis is A2 and the lower bound is A1?

Thank you for your video! I am a bit confused. if RSRP lower than threshold1, MR is triggered. and then if RSRP is lower than threshold 2 and MR is triggered again? it was already triggered when A1 event occurred, why is it activated again? is the second one for MR of the neighbor cell?
