I understand what you are saying but to have it imported I was required to show U.S Customs the EPA certificate for the engine before they would let me import it. It was provided by LTMG and authenticated by Customs through my broker. That is all I know. Not sure about more than that.
Pedro my recommendation if you like this mini excavator is to reach out to LTMG through AliBaba and maybe ask them for a price quote. I will be uploading a full walk thru of it today so you can see up close. I highly recommend you watch the video I am going to upload her in a bit so you can hear in detail what I recommend you get.
@@Manfran I did get a quote. Did you negotiate the price? They quoted $13128 with an Auger, a hydraulic Thumb, a quick connect, a riper and a rake, (at the china port). The shipping to the US quote is $2500. After custom agent and fees I estimate the cost will be around $19.5K.
