One thing I found about burying trauma is you keep going but continue to make the same mistakes. Once I dealt with it I didn’t get triggered and I didn’t make those mistakes anymore. That’s healing for me.

I have ADHD and anxiety. I also have tons of trauma. Both can be true at the same time.
