You know, the LTVs are pretty decent ventilators. But, there's a few things, that could have been allowed in these things. For one, You can go to the SBT mode, and do an SBT, but you can't do Respiratory Mechanics. You know, you can't do a NIF, or a Vital Capacity, or PO.1, and you certainly can't see waveforms, unless you are lucky enough to have an LTM!! Another thing I don't like about this thing is there's no standby mode on these things. You have to turn off the ventilator. And you get a tiny bit of water droplets in the flow transducers, It's going to DISC/SENSE alarm until you get the water, the tiniest drop of water out!
