Wow this episode is beyond inspirational. Lydia you are a force, you have shown me that this level of self awareness and self love is achievable. I am going to go to therapy because you inspired me to. I am going to face my good and ugly because it is beautiful and worth it, you have proven that. Thank you Lydia. You may think you are not doing much but just remember this person whose life you've impacted. Wabosha thank you for creating a space where such life changing conversations are had. You were a thorough and wise interviewer. You are going to go places you've never imagined, because you are a pace-setter. Never stop doing this.
