Luba! Idk if you read all your comments, but… I’m in a LDR over international borders, and recently went on a trip to visit. Coming home to my old situation, not a good situation at that... You released Dougie Jones shortly before I had to fly, which is about when I found you, and this whole EP release has been a big comfort to me the past few months. I started going through your back catalogue and loved lots of those too. I used to listen to the other version of Never Gonna Let It on some of my worst days, but I love this version even more. My favourite from the bunch, I think. It’s so great. I don’t really have any money, can’t join your patron or donate during livestreams… But I keep sharing your songs with everyone I know. I guess I just wanted you to know that your music is reaching people, and that we’re grateful for that. Speaking as one of them. One day, I hope me and my SO can come to see you on tour. Thsnks for everything. 🤍

I can't stop listening to this. All of your songs. They are transcendental for me almost. I'm a musician too, recording artist and vocalist. Something about your sound, the way you express yourself, the deliberate choices you make to tell the stories... just everything resonates with me. You don't know me yet, but I hope one day I get the chance to work with you on something musically. I stepped away from music for a long time, but I'm finally getting back into it and releasing my music now for real. Discovering your music has been very motivating. Luvya, Luba!

Thank you for this....I have a daughter I dont know what's going on in her head...I dont know how to reach her and im scared...terrified really that that feeling/thought she has will win and rob me of our time we have on this earth. I dont understand and im angry too...angry that I can't change it with a pep talk or plan for the future where better times await. I'm sad I can't help....I cant stop the madness that I can't see and stab it like some horrible dragon and I'm the heroic Joan of Arc fighting to free her mind of this demon. I beg I plead I cry and scream and nothing works but I dont want to show my weakness cause I have to remain strong and hope on. I'll show this to her....maybe it will be a glimmer of hope to help her fight on.

thanks for sharing. my depression is that something in me, i guess. i would rather just sleep, but this song helps me remember i used to feel things, experience things, and that's not bad even if it feels that way now. 😭💗 lately i dread even thinking of the future and feeling again, but i guess it will be okay in the end because all i can feel is nothing or something and i've already experienced both and i lived through them both. yeah, it will probably be okay, even if it's not. 🌟💯

This is such a great fucking song. It hits incredibly hard since I relate to this so much. I _always_ heard negativity in my life, especially by my own family, and also the "don't let it bother you" equally. I had my dream job shut down and it hurt because I always stretched for praise and affection. But standing with the people who supported me, and learning to support myself helped me realize that I am myself and so strong for adding onto my life and seeing that I'm going places, not staying with the shit I was put through especially with the constant negativity I gave myself. Life with Happiness is a journey not a destination, and you can take as many bathroom breaks and sight seeing pit stops as you want, just remember why your there, every step is progress, no matter how slow or little it looks. Just remember to take care of yourself too. You got this, I'm still struggling but I'm with you. We got this, prove every step, no matter if you have to start over. That progress was still made ♡
