I feel this situation in a spiritual level. You know i dont live in australia, im from brazil but id have to say wildlife is just as wild here as it seems to be there If my granny wasnt living with me at that moment id have passed away when i found a grasshopper in my room. I was tucked in bed ready to turn off the lamp when i saw it and i decided to just let it live there ya know. But It moved. Right b4 i turned off the lamp and when i turned on again to check it ou it was on another location. I screamed for granny (shes tough maann she could grab a spider in her hands and not be bothered at ALL). She came to my room and just.. got it and tossed it outside. Went back to sleep and i was there with my heart in my hand half dead looking through my window, my soul ascending.

I was never afraid of any bugs, so it's always an adventure to see other people being super afraid of them xD I was that one kid that would pet spiders because everyone was afraid of them and I was worried they'd be sad since they're lonely.

Luca: It doesn't bite it just jumps in your face! I hate to break it to you man but grasshoppers can bite. In my opinion if you are faced with this situation I would get a large tupperware, trap it, then slide either the lid or paper underneath, and finally release it outside. You can also lower the chances of it jumping but not going directly above it or by making sure your shadow is as small as possible. I am planning to study zoology but I understand the fear though. I live in Florida and I was in a corn maze and I saw a grasshopper that was like 3-4cm long and it scared the crap out of me. Ganbatte Luca!!
