Just watched this video for the umpteenth time.....love it. The words fit Lucas & Elizabeth so perfectly. They are such a good couple. Even when they have a disagreement they resolve it in a short period of time. Want them to be together forever.
So romantic. Lucas and Elizabeth were meant to be from the moment he saw her. I just love their story but I think is only going to get better. Season 9 will be spectacular. Thank you for this beautiful video. I don't get tire of watching it.🥰🥰🥰

yes lucas n elizabeth should have more scenes towards the end of season 8 more picnics n joy horse riding it is fun to watch them together . i think nathan is better off with fionas character. that is fun to watch maybe on season 9

I think it will be Lucas. Remember when his mom said it must be a lady you love, because you do not stay in one place for a long time. And in the last episode he says that to the doctor. In the live interviews Elizabeth says they have no plan of losing either actors. Lucas settled in town for Elizabeth.
Team Lucas! I think at the very end she's going to choose Lucas. Even though they are dating right now she might get a little mixed emotion with Nathan but In the ultimate end the kiss will go to Lucas and she'll realize he's been the one this whole time. Something tinker said in an interview was that Elizabeth makes her choice early on in the season. She has already chosen Lucas and told Nathan she cannot be with him. It's pretty early on in the season in my opinion. Also another thing during an interview Erin says That Elizabeth choice will honor Jack. That makes me also think that she chooses Lucas. To me picking Nathan doesn't honor Elizabeth and Jack's love story and all the things that they had to overcome with him being a mountie and all her fears of losing him, only to have him pass away. To then Just put her with another mountie. Plus Lucas picked up where Jack left off on getting Elizabeth's writing dream to come true, that honors Jack. So as a hopeful team Lucas fan I hope I'm reading it right and in the end Elizabeth gets a new story with Lucas. The time of the mountie and teacher love story died with Jack.
I like what you are saying here I too am a hopeful team Lucas fan! Erin Krakow mentioned in an interview that the show is about happiness and Elizabeth is not just finding another guy to love but a great love, like what she had with Jack. I really hope she that is with Lucas? She alway seems to look happy when she is with him and he has been so patient, kind and loving towards her. He has also expressed his feelings to Elizabeth by telling her about how he felt when he saw her hugging Nathan. Elizabeth's interactions on the other hand with Nathan are often sad or confrontational? I really hope she chooses Lucas?
i totally agree with you that when lucas came in hope valley the storyline became more interesting and fun to watch scenes with elizabeth with lucas. hope to see more scenes of them together. hope they could do a romcom movie together it would be great
I'm not team Lucas but in the end I think she will pick Lucas to; she said that she's trying to find a great love not to replace the one elizabeth and jack had.
They bring out the best in each other. Love their smiles and blushing with each other. Best song ever for them. They definitely have build their relationship from the ground up. I’m over the Mounty and teacher story. Writers, please don’t try to recreate what Elizabeth and Jack had. Let her and Lucas have a new and different love. The love story with Nathan is boring and was already done with her and Jack. Team Lucas forever.
How can so much time invested in two people then turn it over to someone at the last minute. They have given us a love story for 2 years so now to see it really develop is so exciting. Love the video you captured their love❤
I was so disappointed with the last episode. For the first time i feel that Nathan is going to win. My heart is sad for Lucas. if it continues this way how can they ever go in the library again? Too many memories. The writers should have thought about this.

I think there is a difference between staring at someone and maybe feel maybe attracted like Elizabeth may feel towards Nathan, but it is another feeling when you look into someone’s eyes and get lost in their eyes but end up smiling regardless of the conversation. The second example is definitely the meaning of true love...and I think that Elizabeth does love Lucas but it’s hard for her because by accepting Lucas is kind of a way of letting Jack go...and she is nervous, sad, or scared of letting go.
I love Lucas's soft love....... Nathan is a wonderful man too, I just prefer Lucas, worldly, educated, helpmate, could build an interesting life together in show.
Team Lucas. Lucas is right up there with Lee Coulter, caring, respectful gentlemen. Lucas is always nice to little Jack when he's with Elizabeth. He even won him a bear at their fair. I think it'll be terrible if the writers have Elizabeth string him along all this time just to have her toss him aside. After their dinner, Lucas put his hand out on the table & she put her hand in his & rubbed his fingers. Also, at their picnic, she said, 'A toast to us'. Is she leading him on or does she truly care for him? I think she cares some for Nathan, but I think it's because he's a Mountie & that reminds her of Jack.
She has initiated most of the contact with Lucas since she told him she would no longer be seeing Nathan...the almost kiss in the rain, the very sexy dress (for 1917 time frame), in the backyard dinner, the offer to sit with her in his office and especially when he invited her to meet him in the library...she went to the reading with him but assured him it would NOT "be a date"...in the library he said "IF this were a date" and did everything for her as if it were a date and she did not get up to leave...if she chooses Nathan then this IMO, was all just to use Lucas...he does not deserve that!!!
Both are good men. I can see more storyline for Elizabeth and Lucas. Nathan is pretty serious. He needs someone like Fiona to lighten him up. Lots of storyline there.
So obvious Lucas us head over heels in love with her,he can barely contain himself but he respects her& he is a gentleman! He is so much more into what she wants than he wants or Nathan for that matter! All he did was blurt out I love u! He can give her experiences, Nathan had to go to Lucas 4 cash ,will be harder 4 him to help with taking on a daughter! Lucas will be a great dad & they can their own family! He wants her to be happy & accomplish her dreams & he can help her do that! What a kind,classy,gorgeous man!
Nathan blurted out a very heartfelt, "Elizabeth, I love you!" And when he told her that he knew she felt the same way, she didn't say that she didn't love him. She said, "I can't." There is a big difference there. I think she will choose Nathan in the last episode but I could be wrong. I will be very dissappointed if it is Lucas because I think she loves Nathan. Nathan is more reserved and shy. He doesn't share a lot of i formation that he knows because of his profession and having to keep so much to himself. But the chemistry between them is there. I think the writers are going to disappoint lots of Lucas fans with the direction they took. But regarless who she chooses, I am hanging in there with WCTH. I hope you will too.
I don't think she felt the same when he told her! That's why she broke off with him! If u really love someone u work it out! She would have never let him quit & she already knew how he felt! I just think she was avoiding telling him! She doesn't want to hurt anyone! I am still Team Lucas but I like the show,many storylines & of course I will watch whomever she chooses! I like Kevin in my many Hallmark movies & he is dating Fiona in real life! Whatever happens,I will be ok but the experiences with Lucas will be better than with Nathan,MO!!What is upsetting is is how the writers have let her relationship go further with Lucas & he worships her! @@kimdye4609 I agree with you totally. But I really think Lucas will end up with Elizabeth! It would really be mean of the writers after 2 years of LucAs courting Elizabeth to have her pick Nathan. John Tinker ,The show runner, said that he would like Helen( Lucas’s mother) to come back to the show next season if it gets renewed. He thought that would make a interesting story and he also said he would like next season to find out more about Lucas. That sounds encouraging.
Both actors are good looking and I really don’t take this show seriously. Only started watching because my mom likes Hallmark nonsense and I stuck around solely for Chris Mcnally (I don’t know the name of the actor who plays Nathan). But I like his character because 1) he owns a successful business! He can provide for his future family 2) He encourages Elizabeth in her writing career and they share a love of books. 3) he respects that she’s a mother and that her son comes first 4) he respects her boundaries (yes he’s jumped the gun a few times but he always backs off he understands how consent works) 5) he lets her handle Nathan and trusts her in that regard (she’s always updating him on the situation so they have good communication. 6) Lucas has better fashion and always dressed sharply. Why I don’t like Nathan for her: 1) another mountie! We don’t need Elizabeth to become a mountie groupie. 2) Elizabeth told him no yet he pursues her anyway (not how consent works Nathan, what kind of example is this to your niece) 3) moved to Hope Valley and uprooted his poor niece again because of a guilty conscience and painted Elizabeth as a damsel in distress he needed to save in his head before he even met her 🙄 4) didn’t tell Elizabeth about the whole “oh yeah I was supposed to be leading that training exercise your husband got killed in” story. Nathan has nice hair though and is a good father figure to his niece I guess.
I love the actors Lucas and Elizabeth’s chemistry together, but if Nathan is chosen, I feel bit used, as should Lucas. So Elizabeth never says she doesn’t have feelings for Nathan, she only says she can’t get be with him because of Jack. What a horrible thing to do to Lucas, basically stringing him along with hope. If that happens, it’s really lazy writing. Still I’m hoping for a Lucas win at the last minute. 🤞🏼
I am team Lucas and would feel the exact same way. I have heard that the struggle is not with N, but with Jack, which really is true. 3yrs of grief is along time. I believe that in the end she will pick Lucas. Time will tell:) I have been on an emotional roll coaster ride.
You are not alone! I am team Lucas, and was sad at last weeks episode. hopefully its just drama, but if not Team Lucas will have a broken heart :( i do not hate Nathan i just do not like his character as Mountie. I would be given up my favorite show, because he would have a big part.
I know this video is primarily for Lucas fans. But I am Team Nathan all the way! I like Lucas' character and I am glad he is in Hope Valley, and he and Elizabeth do have a lot in common. But, I have seen the longing in both Nathan and Elizabeth for a long time. I think Nathan has Elizabeth's heart and when she finally decides that she cannot allow her fears to run her life, it will be Nathan that she chooses. I will be so happy for Nathan but sad for Lucas because of what the writers have done these past few weeks with the storyline. Some people do not like either suitor but I think they both are good men or else Elizabeth would.not be interested in either one. I am rooting for Team Nathan, but will continue to watch regardless of who she chooses.
Wow! You really care about WCTH! I am Team Lucas, but you bring up some good points. I was thinking that if L was not chosen i would have to sit out for awhile to catch my breath. Either way i believe the show will survive. I kinda felt like it was to easy of a choice. It's been two teams for awhile. Seems odd that E has already made her choice, because of the looks that she gives n every time her & L were together. Remember when Kevin said there were more red herrings than a zoo? I am having a hard time figuring out what they all are. Time will tell! It would have been nice if season 8 could have started with the choice being revealed, and then the courtship would have started and the disappointment would have started for the losing side. Just a thought!
I see the beauty in both love stories though I am „Team Nathan“. Even if she doesn’t end up with Lucas I think he has helped her grow in many ways and I think she has shown him that he is capable of the same love his parents had for each other- both valuable experiences to have. It’s all worth something
I am team Lucas! I hear what you are saying. Lucas would be the only one that could help her to get the library and the book deal, which could lead to friendship. Who knows what the writers are up to. I heard that Erin wants to preserve Jacks legacy. This is the only reason i did not want another Mountie. Jack & E were perfect together. I am looking forward to the Fort clay reveal in episode 9. Plus another business man is coming to town will he still E heart or is it something to do with L past. #Team Curious

What the hell does that mean I work at a bar 4 years and I have a great kid! Nathan's being responsible taking over a little girl that needs to be adopted what does that mean he'd be a better father than Lucas who had a great dad he just hasn't had a chance to be a dad he can be a great dad to Jack and they could have a new child together that is ridiculous you would say that he's a great person educated wealthy experienced worldly patient and is crazy about her how do you know he's not going to be a great dad what the hell does on in the bar have anything to do with it my husband ran five and he's one of the best dad ever being a mountie doesn't make him a better dad that's like a policeman I know lots of bad police dad's that's BS to say that!!

Sorry Ms Becky, but I think you need to go back & really watch Lucas. He owns a saloon, but look how 'everyone' uses it. He offers fine dining, the town uses it for Christmas parties, they had a movie night & Lucas offered to give them a movie night once a month, the bachelor/bachelorette party was there, etc. Yet there's not been a drunken brawl. If Nathan has done anything for the town, it's been done because of his job not just out of the goodness of his heart like Lucas. As for little Jack, Lucas talks sweetly to him all the time, he won him a bear, even tried to win the fishing pole for Allie. He worked with the school kids to get the library going. He even asked those kids help to put on the Christmas lanterns. He loaned Nathan $1,000 with no questions asked. Was nice to Nathan's dad. Lucas is wonderful with Elizabeth. Even when they've had little tiff's, they apologize to each other & make everything good right away. There's so much more to his credit, what more does Team Nathan want? I'm definitely Team Lucas all the way
The writers have never allowed L to hold baby j, but there are many scenes where he acknowledges bj, by bending down, reaching for his hand, he asked about him doing the sunset picnic, when the chickenpox where spreading he inquired to E about little J. As far as the bar goes, i grew up watching westerns with my dad, and i really enjoyed them, even the bar scene. I notice that Lucas has a more pleasant environment inside of his saloon. There are no girls prancing around, you can get an elegant meal from a professional chef, they host parties/ movie night, can play darts or just socialize, and the men can drink, play cards and kick back.
I am team Lucas! I do not hate Nathan, just feel that Lucas has done somethings that Jack did for her. The book, The Library, help with her manuscript, encourager, trust her advice with Gowen about the oil deal. Have you ever thought that E is having an internal battle with letting go of the grief for jack, and nathan is just the representation of jack. Not sure if this makes since.

@@Lucabeth4life What do you think about the theory that Jack was sent as Nathan's replacement to Coal Valley when Elizabeth arrived because he had to deal with his dying sister and to make arrangements for his niece. That, if not for Nathan, they never would have met...and then acting as his replacement a second time brought about Jack's death. Your views?
@@alicepahler7610 oh I didn’t know the jack was sent to coal valley because nathan didn’t go.. if that’s true then jack and Elizabeth would have not even of met if Nathan didn’t go but then again Nathan was never in the show till season 6..only cuz Daniel Lissing wanted to be killed off. But about what happened in fort clay I don’t find that Nathan’s fault he was punished for an earlier thing he did but I do think he should have told Elizabeth...
