Why aren’t we hearing more of Stéphane Delplace’s music on a regular basis. It’s beautiful and fascinating. Many thanks to him for conceiving and writing it and to Lucas Debargue for learning it and playing it so brilliantly ! We need more. Please.

Klavierstucke is such amazing writing. It's hard to write something so interesting using only quarter and eighth notes at that tempo, and then the simple melody over triplets in 3/2 is perfect.

Fantastic. New music I've not heard before. The prelude and fugue are so unusual, the prelude with unusual but familiar harmonies. Could be used for film music. The fugue with its modern counter rhythms, much like jazz piano left hand punched chords. Thank you, Lucas.

Super!Ich mag die Struktur dieses Werkes abwechselnd tranquillo und energisch. Fugue ist rhytmisch komplexer. Das finde ich toll,wenn man nicht so bekannte Klavierwerke veröffentlicht.
