I feel like I'm the only one who hasn't converted into Joshaya/Rucas.
I really love this vid of mine, even though there are some mistakes :/

2. I loved Ski Lodge and I will tell you why.
Lucaya isn't dead because:
1. Back in BMW Topanga told Cory to go to Lauren. Maya tells Lucas to go to Riley.
2. Ski Lodge Pt1 basically confirmed that whoever gets together with Lucas now, is doomed/dead.
Anyway, back in my rucas vid from one week ago, I promised you I'm gonna tell you why Maya isn't Maya and why she chose Josh over Lucas now.
In Maya's dream in SLPt1 Maya still chooses Lucas over Josh. But then in reality, she chooses Josh over Lucas. BUT! only because, that's what season one Maya would do. Season one Maya had a HUGE crush on our Uncle Boing and she hadn't even notice her feelings for Lucas yet. In True Maya, everyone (or more Riley for that matter) thinks that the True Maya is Maya the rebel. Like, pulling off a fire alarm and stealing her mothers money (even though Maya would never do that in general). They think Maya the "bad" who loves Boing and who sees Lucas only as a cowboy, is the True Maya, in fact, she isn't. They pushed her too far into season one Maya BEFORE all her growth happened. Her father, lucas, getting hope, shawn and her mother.. It's all gone. She's back to her "Hope is for suckers" self. But that's not Maya. Two years ago THAT was Maya, but she had two years of growth and gaining hope and development to overcome these issues. Maya isn't out of her identity crisis. She's still in it. And Josh is a part of it.
(THAT'S JUST HOW I SEE IT YOU CAN DISAGREE OF COURSE)
Ps: RILEY I LOVE YOU AND THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR JOSHAYA HEART.
Fact: Lucaya isn't dead, they're more alive than ever now and everyone who thinks Maya "doesn't like Lucas like that" should wait till Girl Meets I Do.
By the way: I'm rooting for Lucas and Maya's happiness right now, so I'm okay with Joshaya and Rucas, but I don't ship it.
