Thankyou for reacting to this.....Lucas is a former member of NCT and Super M. Due to some gaslighting scandals and accusations on him SM announced that he would be in a hiatus . After not hearing from him as well as SM about him or is he doing good.....after almost 3 years of wait he made a comeback as Soloist with Renegade❤. Lucas you did well....by staying strong 💪. And We fans stayed here waited here without going anywhere.

Lucas was in NCT, WayV to be specific. He was on hiatus and now debuted as a soloist. The lyrics is exactly about him even if he didn't write it

I waited two and a half years for Lucas and he gave us the news of his return. A rapper of the hand performing the chore as a hand dancer and displays undeniable visuals. So Lucas is a former member of NCT and WayV. He called out a stalker fan for well... stalking him and his members and these crazy fans created false allegations against him that lead to him being in hiatus for nearly 3 years. He left NCT and WayV to protect them and SM announced he would go solo. However it appears he is still in SuperM. The internet went on a hate frenzy about him without doing their own research. Most of the allegations were easily proven false or at least questionable due to dates not adding up (he wasn't even in the same country on some of the dates they listed) While he did not write this song it was written for his situation so this is still very much a true song for him. So when I say the feeling is there for him, that's no joke. SM made him apologize at first, because they are known for having their artists apologize for no reason, and the haters took that as an admission of guilt and the hate got worse. SM really did him dirty with this situation. He is just now coming back to us and in my opinion he addressed everything that needed to be addressed with this song. He said he knows they are lying on him but that won't stop him.

Song is so catchy

Majority of Kpop idols do not get the opportunity to write anything. They have to fight hard for that right or recognition.

omg thanks for reacting his solo debut song its so meaningful for us as a Lumi and his fans , he's a former memb of NCTand wayV and he's from SuperM too, sasangs about to ruined his carees and his live too, but gladly SM did one best thing in his life for the 1st time is leting him back as a singer, the heaters called him dozen and monkey but we all see him and how he is good, about the song nah i don't thing he wroted but its absolutely about him and his life amd what he is been through, and the little rat is about him when the meddia discribe him like a bad guy and blah blah but he did donot doing anything wrong thats why sm let him back thank u

My dear Lucas... He deserves the best, but people don't deserve him.

He is a former member of superm and wayV he left and became a soloist with his new album renegade

the rat thing is about him turning into a "rat" in the industry after the scandals he has been through -which are proven false- he is an ex member of nct (wayv n superm) he left the group because of the scandals

The rat could represent how people and media viewed him after he went hiatus. It's also could be how he felt small and vulnerable during the period of his life. While he didn't write the lyrics, that song and music videos are about him. He hasn't showcase himself as a lyricist yet, but maybe in the future he will have chance to do so. He did mention he would like to sing more but due to his low vocal tone and talent, I think they prefer to perform as a rapper.

Late to the party but I thought this song was cool for a kpop debut. Much more personal and not just designed for TikTok challenges. Loved the groove👍

He doesn't have any writing credits for the 3 songs on his mini-album, but as a debut I doubt SM would give him free reign as it was a gamble.
