let's be honest, even though as cute as this is, Lucas has no right to be mad. Riley wasn't dating Lucas that time and neither was Maya. Basically he's saying u can't date nobody else because you both like me or else you lose.
I agree, he has no right but he still got mad which helped him figure out the triangle thing. And I don't think it's a don't like anyone else but me kind of thing is more like he can't control what he's feeling.....
It's Ellie He’s nothing like Ross from friends. Lucas has always known who he wanted. He chose her before the events of this episode even took place. The only problem was he believed Maya liked him and he didn’t want to be another person that hurt her because he does care about her just not romantically. All this time he’s gone along with this triangle and trying to even things out, dating both of them per *their* decisions (which were made without any consideration or asking of what *he* wanted) and now after all that waiting and maneuvering he sees Riley with someone else and he’s afraid it’s too late. That this mess with Maya has cost him the girl he’s always wanted. He’s upset, understandably so. He’s also a teenager and never been in love before so he doesn’t have a lot of experience with handling and expressing these kinds of emotions. He’s jealous but he’s not a jerk about it. He doesn’t try to control Riley in any way. He doesn’t demand anything from her or offer any ultimatums. He just goes and kicks a tree because at this point he feels his hands are tied and that’s all he can do because he can’t fight for Riley without rejecting Maya, which is why he’s so grateful and relieved when she releases him and sends him to Riley because she doesn’t want him just like he doesn’t want her.
Girlmeetsrucas all this reminds me of the episode in BMW when Topanga tells Cory to go see Lauren in order to figure out his feelings. Also how Lauren and Cory stayed up all night, only difference is Cory and Lauren kissed. I love the references!!! So sad that they discontinued the show though. I hope they bring it back in the future and continue it when they're older like the original BMW.

I don’t think this was about Lucas feeling like Riley couldn’t talk to anyone else; it’s more like he’s realising that his feelings for Riley means he wants to be the one she can stay up all night with and talk.
That’s exactly what it was about. Life throws some pretty surprising things in front of us so we can figure out where it is that we are and where we are with other people too including your friends.
It's true and it's what bothered me about him. Lucas liked Riley and then Maya but when Riley had the opportunity to meet someone else, he always got angry and became jealous. He couldn't have Riley .. then nobody had her
I dont rlly think so you see Farkle, Zay and Smakle said the same thing as Lucas cause they love Riley as a FRIEND that is why and in my OPINION Lucas was jealous cause he loves Riley as a sister and now that someone else is coming in her life he needs to know if she is safe with him(just like what you guys say Maya did) that is why he was jealous
I want to say this because I think this. Zay and Riley would've been a cute couple!! I have some reasons! 1. When Zay was first introduced in the show, he flirted with Riley. 2. All those cute moments both Zay and Riley have. 3. During the time they were in Texa and that scene where Riley and Maya came into a room and Riley talking about spending all their money on cute clothes. When the carma points to both Lucas and Zay, if you look closely you can see that Zay is only staring at Riley! 4. During the time, Lucas had to pick between Riley and Maya and he COULDN'T! Zay talked about how he would pick Riley if he had the choice. I just LOVE that Zay KNEW who he wanted, but Lucas had a hard time!!! 5. During this scene, Lucas and Maya said their lines, BEFORE Zay and the others, were down. So Zay wouldn't be able to say the same things Lucas had said, I know it could've been added in as a joke, but it seems more like Zay also got jealous!!!

tbh, not my favorite scene. i know hes jealous but he cant get mad at her for talking. jeez, they are acting like they got caught dating, they were just talking
I like how in the ski lodge episode like yeah they did talk about the triangle a little but not too much and riley was finally able to be happy all her self with nature and not worry too much about it which was nice
Lucas has no right to be jealous Lol, did he even pay attention to Riley in season 3 before ski lodge? In Girl Meets Permanent Records, he called her a loser and he didn't even push her to raise her level in Spanish class. He calls Maya beautiful in front of Riley, he only talks about how great Maya is with Katy but when Topanga asks "what about my daughter, chukkie?" He runs away, He says that "You are just too much for me Riley" in Girl meet high school and I know farkle hurt her too but at least he tried talking to everyone to meet at topanga's
Ok ok so I get that they weren’t dating but feelings were definitely still there so ofc he’s going to feel jealous like that one episode of GMW where Riley was jealous of that one girl in the pink sweater that Lucas was hanging out with. It’s kinda like when you see your crush and his/her bf/gf even tho you’re not dating them you still have feelings for them and you’re still going to feel some type of way when you see them with somebody that’s not you (my opinion agree to disagree)
Not gonna lie this whole Riley and Lucas vs Maya and Lucas reminds me so much about the whole love drama between Rachel Ross and Joey in friends honestly 😂
I really hope that if the writers wants to make rucas endgame, at least have them act as a couple. I mean, I loved their relationship in season 1, but in season 2-3 somehow the writers didn't develop them more and kept cutting their scenes. Even smarkle, a couple in which one of them has Asperger's acts like a couple and somehow has more physical contact than rucas. I mean, at first smackle didn't like hug, but being with farkle made her comfortable and she ended up liking hugs. I mean, rucas only had one hug and the scene was cut. You know what's funny? I think Rowan feels more comfortable with corey than peyton, maybe that's why riarkle has the most physical contact on the show
Maya is a really great friend! She gave up on Lucas because she wanted her friend to be happy ... Sometimes you want your loved ones to be happy, even tho, of all of those people, it will hurt YOU the most ..
Honestly tho lucas shouldn't be so surprised cause if a guy took that long to choose who he liked more even if he always knew and didnt want to hurt the other person I would've dipped from the situation and made his life easier
If I wasn't watching the show. I would have guessed that Maya, Lucas and Riley are in a threeway relationship and Lucas just shows his jealousy, while Maya tries to control hers.
He is so annoying, so was she supposed to be single forever??? Cause ur dating Maya...soooo. And everybody stop saying that she forced him too. U can’t force a dude to date someone. he could have just left it alone if Riley didn’t want him. But he CHOOSE to go with Maya. It takes two to tangle people.
