Its amazing to see this topic and very important. I wish this knowledge was more accessible to local farmer, unfortunately here in zambia extension officers don't advise farmers on pasture management causing poor animal health during winter season.

How about establishing protected kilometres wide corridors, where the cows follow the rain patern, graze freely and eat whatever we plant for them, grass and anything else on their journey. And we can use high definition drones to monitor the wandering of the herds.

Hie Wadza I used to feed my rabbits with Chinzungu/Richardia scabra does this have any benefits to the livestock as a feed it grows a lot in my area.
