Puri and luchi are prepared using different types of flour. It's the major point of difference between the two breads. Puri is traditionally prepared using whole wheat flour (atta), while luchi is made with all-purpose flour (maida). This gives them a unique texture.

🌸1cup refined flour

🌸नमक स्वाद अनुसार

⚡️Oil for frying poori / तेल पूरी तलने के लिए
Recipe in English :
Take a bowl. Add refined flour in it, add oil and salt. Mix it well. Add water and make a dough of it. Knead hard dough. Keep the dough for 10mins to rest. After 10 mins make balls of it and apply refined flour roll it in small poori.
Take a kadahi and add oil. Heat the oil on high flame and then keep the flame medium high and put puri in it for frying. Deep fry poori. Ready to serve❤️
पूरी बनाने की विधि हिन्दी में :
एक बाउल ले । उसमे मैदा डाले, तेल और नमक डाल के अच्छे से मिला ले। अब थोड़ा थोड़ा पानी डाल के सख़्त आटा लगा ले। आटा को १० मिनट के लिए रख दे । १० मिन बाद उसके लोए काट ले और सूखा मैदा लगा कि उसे छोटे छोटे पुरी के आकर में बेल ले ।
एक कड़ाही ले और उसमे तेल गरम होने कि लिए रख दे । तेल कि गरम होने कि बाद उसमें पूरी डाले और फूली फूली पूरी बना के त्यार कर ले ।
