Build him like Jayce, an AD Caster with muramana and go mid (eventually bot) as him. Max Q, E, W. Trust me, he works AMAZINGLY well like that and I can assure you he doesn't need to be buffed.
he still is playable. Hes my go to adc when i have to go bot lane. To me hes the most mobile adc and i only play mobile adc's. jinx, ashe, varus. Those adcs with no mobility. i dont touch.

Lucian is amazing after using him he's the only adc I can ever play anymore. The only thing that I feel needs to be changed is his ult it should have a scaling extra damage on how much health is missing. If a champion that's getting hit by culling is missing health culling delivers extra damage based on missing health.
Hawk Lamptay Vayne, once level 6, can probably kill any adc. I'd say Jinx, if given the first shot, would be one of the few who can kill her. That's of course assuming each player has the same level of skill.
Lucian is a really good adc, when you know how to play him. He is strong in early game and mid game, in the end game, he can easily kill the other adc and other weak champ, but he needs to be nice played against offtanks.

awesome champion, useless in battle. Seriously, he needs help to get kills while the other adc can easily deal tons of damage with all their abilities plus their easier to land.
lucian is probably the only AD carry that does well both early and late game. Not only great burst all game long, but also a lot of escape options (increased speed, dashes, ult to zone out chasing enemies) probably one of the most useful carries right now
***** i don't play lucian, it's how i have seen everybody who have played him. His dash doesn't help escaping a pantheon or jax like Cait or tristana can, his main damage must be close or a nearby minion which can be annoying to focus on and his cross bomb really haven't done much. Every time i meet him i dominate him AS THE SUPPORT!

Piercing light needs to be a skill shot, it already is in every way except for the stupid way you fire it. If the beams going to shoot out that far what's the point of having to target someone in half range to fire it?
Because you aren't supposed to have the target be the enemy champion, at least if you just want to poke. Going up close and just clicking on them is dangerous and will most likely lead to a counter attack by the enemy champs. Good Lucians will try to get a minion between themselves and in line with an enemy. Now if they fire Piercing Light off of the minion the laser will go through it and hit the enemy champs in the back.
Graves' special taunt to Lucian:Black man walking.. Lucian gains 200% penetration against Lux,Janna,or any other blonde. The lucian players are known as "Black Leavers". The pickpocket mastery is automatically maxed out if you play lucian.
Only thing about Lucian I hate is the fact that they fucking nerfed his E so it doesn't remove slows anymore. Although it doesn't take mana anymore, it has a large cooldown and can get annoying.
Don't you think it's pretty much a fail that when Lucian does /joke with his skin that the smiley is blue instead of the yellow red color of the skin or is it just me?
