I agree! And NCT is great as a group, the dance was great, the vocals are on point- love them. BUT, the lyrics are so cringy I actually cringe in real life when Punch plays. I also didn't like kick it on first listen, but I like it now- and I like it so much more than Punch. Ignore the angry, immature stans who can't accept someone else's opinion. You're doing great!

I think it was their choice of words, more than them not liking the song. "elementary" is like one of the few thigs this song is not! Unless dude has his own private definition of the word "elementary" That was my only problem. But since they had a drunk disclaimer, i took most of it with a grain of salt...but aparently some people, in some twisted way, took it personally...which is always kinda funny to me :D
