I have written this lucid dream sleep hypnosis to help you relax deeply, sleep more easily and experience a vivid lucid dream. A lucid dream is when you know that you’re dreaming while you’re still asleep. In this deeply relaxed state, which some researchers claim is like being not quite asleep and not quite awake, you’re very aware that the scenes and images flashing through your mind aren’t really happening. However, the dream feels vivid and real. In some instances, you may even feel that you are able to control what happens in the dream, almost as though you’re directing a movie as you sleep.
Although this sleep hypnosis session is designed to help induce a lucid dream experience, it has also been created to help you deeply relax and fall quickly and easily into sleep by clearing your mind of anxious, negative or uneasy thoughts. The hypnotic language, guided visualisations and calming music will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking, especially at night.
When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates feelings of anger, remorse, regret, fear or apprehension - you are able to access your subconscious. Your subconscious control mind is far more receptive to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in a relaxed trance state.
This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.
When listened to on a regular basis, this hypnosis session can also help reduce anxiety, stress and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive, solution-focused way.
As always, I have written this session in the spirit and with the positive spirit and expectation that wherever you are in the world, whatever you are facing and wherever you are going, tomorrow will be a better day than today.

Holy cow, Nick! You usually get me to sleep in about 15 to 20 minutes, but this one is amazing! I turn it on, snuggle in, and I'm not sure what happens. The next thing I know, I wake up, and my entire playlist is over... You are amazing, good, Sir. Thank you for the hundredth time. ♡

Nick! You help me fall asleep every night! My anxiety used to keep me awake until I couldn’t keep my eyes open. Sometimes that meant not falling asleep until 3,4,5 in the morning. I'd love some more of these imaginative journeys. I'm a writer and I can give you some scenarios if you like? You are my saviour on nights when I just can't shut my brain down. I used to have about 4 different cassette tapes with little mind journeys and played them until they feel apart. It used to annoy the hell out of me when they finished with a 'click' of the tape shutting off and waking me up (but they were good nap length). I'd also like more really long ones of these (the 8 hour ones) so it plays all night and doesn't disturb be with different volumes or the intro. Can't thank you enough for what you have given me though.

Wow. Just wow. This is my second time and everything was so vivid. The first time I was just observing. The second time I was actual smelling , tasting and feeling emotions. I've been hindering some emotions and today I got the answers I've been asking myself for a long time. Amazing 👏 thank you so much. Ugh, I know what you mean. There are some meditations that don't focus as strongly on breathing that might be better - sometimes I have to do that too, allergies can be a pain!

Do you think you could make New videos, I cannot fall asleep when I'm talking along with you because I know all the words. All of your videos have the same words.
