90 minutes Binuaral Beat for Lucid Dreaming
Listen to this binaural beat before going to sleep. For some, it's even possible to fall asleep while listening. This beat will increase the probability for the user to encounter a lucid dream. It will also help with dream recall, and help the dreams to feel more "life like"
If you are a well practiced lucid dreamer, that in itself, will also help you.
Lucid Dreaming: When and individual is 'aware' of their dream environments, while recognizing on a conscience level that they are in fact 'dreaming.' Lucid Dreams can be induced with practice, and patience. The first step many take in Lucid Dreaming is to write down your dreams as you remember them each morning. This can help build an established familiarity with the dreamer and their dreams.

I listened to this beat a few nights ago and had a nice five minute lucid dream later on. A few months ago my cat passed away suddenly, my dream gave me the opportunity to spend a few more moments with him. I know that things like sleep paralysis and nightmares can be scary, but all of that was worth those few minutes of dream time.

Pretty neat! Some people might disagree but I think sleep paralysis is awesome. When I was younger it use to scare me. Now I use it as a 'tool' to enter the dream world. Have you been able to do this?

@@wayoflife566 I think the main thing for me was to try and remain calm. Remembering it's a natural process that many people encounter helped. Instead of focusing on the room and bed I was in, I'd try to shift my awareness 'back into my mind'. Imagining some sort of scene could perhaps be helpful. Following and/or creating patterns and allowing them to happen seemed to help. I felt this process became more natural once I started looking into Lucid Dreaming more and trying to practice it. I'll admit, sometimes it's very difficult to remain calm in this state, but gets easier with practice. Reading ' Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming' by Stephen LaBerge and Howard Rheingold was one of the first steps I took into trying to understand this phenomena. It's an older book, but I found it to be very effective in wrapping my head around the dream world and states of consciousness associated with it.

If you have a nightmare or an unpleasant experience do not be afraid to keep trying or continue, theses negative thoughts come from unresolved feelings or repressed memories and it's something you have to work through in order to get to the better experiences. Your experience is your own and is different for everyone for some people it takes longer than others to get to where they want.

You may say I'm a dreamer , but I'm not the only one.....It takes me 45 min. to wake up in the morning , I lay there and remember dreams , sometimes they are hilarious , sometimes odd memories from my past , only a couple times have I ever been scared or overwhelmed and that was long before I ever started listening to this stuff , I think our brains are truly amazing and dreams help us tap into our subconscious , revealing things that would normally go unnoticed .

Lucid dreaming takes a lot of practice and knowledge. I believe these kind of things could help, but don't expect it to happen with no experience just from this . I think the fact that it is causing nightmares and intense dreams is amazing in itself, proof that there is definitely something to these. Learning and mastering meditation is the first step....is hard to do often even knowing how.

Thanks to this, last night I had a really surreal lucid dream within a dream. I was aware I was in a dream which I then woke up from and I remember asking others did they remember the dream but I was still dreaming.. Very strange. About to try it out again. :)

Slept through my alarm. Late for work. Got fired. didnt dream that! Been listening for 2 weeks now. All I want to do is sleep. No dreams I can remember. Cant find a job while sleeping. Would rather sleep. Want to dream. Want to remember a dream. Not happening. When will I have a lucid dream I will remember? Is this my dream? If so, will I remember it when I wake? Am I really typing? Who are the people in the white coats? Why dont they speak? Why are they looking at me? What do they WANT?????

make sure the room you're trying to get a lucid dream in is pitch dark because the brain usually cannot fully fall into a dream without the room being darkened to a certain point.

It is safe, sleep paralysis is only a link between sleeping and being awake. And you may get a really uneasy feeling during the paralysis, but it's normal. it causes no harm, and it is always temporary.

If you really wish to lucid dream; do not eat before going to sleep, if your organs must use energy to digest food, it will drain energy from your ability to deep dream. Eat organic. Drink pure water. wear ear plugs because when you shut down one sense, the others become more enhanced; you do not want outside noise to disturb the dream. Deep breathing techniques prior to sleep also helps. Good luck because when you get good at it, you'll realize you live many lives and your spirituality grows becomes very important in your life.

I was originally rather skeptical of these, but it is remarkably relaxing, even if I am browsing the web. I may give these another go. I think I may have had these on too loud in the past. I think I need to have these more as a quiet "hum" in the background instead of a blaringly loud noise. I need to experiment a little.

i know what you mean! i too got freaked out the first time it happened i felt like i was being possessed or evil spirits were around me of course as any mind the worst comes to mind. I then started getting used to it, and i know have found a way to quickly snap out of it if i choose to, but i get what you mean by entering a heavier awake type of dream world. I felt like i connected with my angels and Higher Powers

Last night, I had left this on for sleep.I did end up falling asleep during this but it had given me really horrific nightmares. Everything was just...wrong. The last memory I have of the dream is me waking up on a couch and looking to my right to find this woman who looked like an older and starved version of me. It was terrifying, I asked her to let me leave (which was weird because my dreams never have sound and if it does, I can't remember what the sound sounds like but I can remember what her voice sounded like) but she just stared at me and stood up. The worst part is that she wasn't the only person looking at me. It looked like some type of being with a ram head was sharing her body. It spoke with this distorted voice but I had luckily woken up right after. I woke up at around 2:15Am though. Sadly, I had school today. This probably isn't very mentally healthy for those who aren't used to binaural beats and I dosers.

+HowDankAreYou i had kind of a similar experience the second time attempting lucid dreaming with WILD. Idreamed of a small being, so monstrous and sick i recognised it was actually me just because it was wearing the same jacket i always wear. It was in pain and asking for help and I knew i didn't have to trust it, but eventually it managed to get me close enough and his head opened up to reveal two long black teeth and tried to kill me, i woke up supersweaty and had headacke

Every single one of these that I have tried completely backfires for me. They terrify me and induce acute panic attacks. On one occasion i was hearing a "binaural" to awaken the pineal gland. first felt like I was burning the right foot and about five minutes after the other foot and after another five minutes later I felt as if the front like a wasp sting. after that experience I'm more intrigued in this theme sounds and the effect on the mind.

Hi,i appreciate the reply and sorry this is kinda late,been too busy lately. I experienced this "sleep paralysis" a couple of times,really horrifying.You know in where i live there's a lot of legends and stories that has been knitted about this phenom,your angry mate,the resident demon,inner demons,house supernatural residents...Of course i don't believe in this crap but it still pretty confusing and mind blowing,want the truth,i don't believe in the scientific explanation either.Man i'm not even sure if that was a dream or a reality,more likely reality but how the..Mind Fuck. And you Jeff what'd you think about this,do you have any religious background that might make you think this is some sort of paranormal phenoms?
@jeffscome5954
@jeffscome5954 10 лет назад
I believe that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh. I do not believe my experience was paranormal. I think a part of my brain was "activated" that I don't normally use and I experienced fear and produced hallucinations in order to make sense of it all.
@Grav169
@Grav169 10 лет назад
Yes,so you support the scientific theory,our brains try to organize what we consider messed up in order to make sense of it,that's the only way to do it. Well thanks for your time,i think it worth this discussion,at least for me. Good day.

He is indeed remembering correctly, because he's obviously not from your country. What you call a "full stop," is indeed called a period here, and it does go inside the quotation marks. We don't need to sort anything out, what YOU need to do is stop being so pretentious and acting like your rules from your country apply in America. American English is different from that of England and other countries, otherwise we'd be referring to cookies as "biscuits," and our car trunks as "boots."
