Ty for all of the videos hun, I really enjoy them and after just 1 night of falling asleep with you, I haven't went to bed without you in a few weeks, I try new videos almost every night. The sleep talk down followed by rain or thunderstorms is the best to me. But I really enjoy the talk down and when you say to relax my shoulders, I always realize that my shoulders are being forced forward and I don't even realize it!! Same thing with my fingers and feet!!! Always tensed up! Tysm! I appreciate you

I've always been able to lucid dream, but last night I dreamt I traveled to space, on a craft. I sat outside the craft for the journey, on a rail, holding tightly, in the lunar wind and marveled at the view of Earth, the moon and the blackness around them. A perspective I really needed right now. I was reminded of our insignificance, and how we really are all one, of how small problems appear from here. Thank you for advocating and understanding sleep is not a way to "check out", it's an adventure, an opportunity to see the world from different vantage points. I've been to countries I've not physically traveled to and remember the details clearly . This meditation pushed me even further. Just like yoga, lucid dreaming takes practice. Thank you, thank you, 🙏🏻🌕🌔🌒

I am in a difficult situation with myself, and I find that hard to have courage to change my life around, could you think about doing a meditation about that? To have courage to change or about guilt?

Oh my gosh I’ve been using Crash Bandicoot levels and crystals to see and feel everything and jumping on the platform to move to next levels in my mind it’s amazing. I was doing the road to nowhere level and it’s so good to picture it and make it real. Yesterday I really wanted some tulips, I thought “don’t bring me birthday gifts that are expensive, I really just want some yellow tulips” today my sister ordered yellow tulips on deliveroo with a care package after we had a fight (well a misunderstanding on my part 😂) and I got the strangest sense that I’ve been here before. And my dreams keep getting wilder and wilder ❤❤❤❤ thank you! 😊❤❤❤
