इस मोटीफ़ में पिंक पेटल में बनाई गई जाली वो जाली है जिसे आजकल मकरा जाली कहते है। लेकिन ये मकरा जाली नहीं है। ये सिधौल Siddhaul/ Sidhour जाली है। असली सिधौल जाली पूरी बनने के बाद पिंक पेटल में बनाई गई जाली की तरह दिखती है। इस जाली का आजकल बहुत कम चिकनकारी में प्रयोग होता है। चिकनकारी के महँगे कपड़े बेचने वाले लखनऊ के एक दो नामी ब्रांड्ज़ इस जाली से बने कपड़े विदेशों में बहुत महँगे दामों में बेचते है। इस जाली से बने चिकनकारी कपड़ों की विदेशों में भारी डिमांड होती है। इसे फ़ाइन जाली वर्क कहते है।
हरे / ग्रीन petals में बनी जाली पूरी सिधौल जाली नहीं है लेकिन आजकल इसे ही सिधौल जाली कहा जाता है।
आप दोनो जालियों में फ़र्क़ देख सकें इसलिए ये मोटीफ़ बनाया है।
धूम स्टिच में बखिया स्टिच बहुत पास पास लिया जाता है। इंटरनेट पर चिकनकारी स्टिचेज़ को ले कर बहुत ग़लत जानकरियाँ दे रखी है।
In this motif, the net/lattice/jali made with the pink petal is called makra jali, but in reality, it is Siddhaul / Sidhour Jali. The original Sidhaul jali looks like the jali made in pink petal. Nowadays, this mesh not used often. One of the two famous brands of Lucknow, which sells expensive clothes of chikankari, sells clothes made from this counterfeit at very expensive prices abroad. Chikankari clothing made from this mesh is in great demand abroad. This is called fine mesh work.
The lattice made with green petal is not a complete lattice lattice but nowadays it is called the Siddhaul Jali.
