Nike's Nico Harrison infamously brutally botched that meeting. It became the most notorious and most renowned fumbled meeting; Not just to Nike and/or the NBA but to everyone. Harrison mispronounced Curry's name, calling him "Steph-on" instead of "Steph-en.", and even worse, a repurposed PowerPoint slide displayed Kevin Durant's name. [YIKES!!] Harrison's embarrassing mistake ruined his deal with Nike. Curry then left Nike for Under Armour, [good on him! *ALWAYS* know your worth]. Then Under Armour offered $4 million per year plus a signature shoe and the chance to become the face of the company. Nike's offer was only worth $2.5 million per year, and declined its right to match the Under Armour money. ...Good for him! *ALWAYS* know your worth and NEVER settle. Even though it's embarrassing to my family we all supported and respected him for doing that. My ex's brother, (Elijah VanBrocklin), is highly requested and popular with all of the top designers. He is just slightly taller than average height and is requested and constantly booked and he isn't exceptionally beautiful. He's just unique in the way he works, (his work ethic is insane), which he takes his career as importantly as anyone else. He's incredibly serious and also is known for taking his craft to another level with each job, becoming as massively talented as he can be.
