I'm not defending this person by no means because i don't know them but i can tell you from personal hands on experience that monkeys are very stubborn the only way to Keep this kind of monkey in any type captivity is to strongly discipline them. Saying no no doesn't work. You have to train them and keep them trained ir they become unbearable to even feed.
