Okay so I think this song is called Lucy Called bc its about LSD, and its most likely referencing the song Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds by the Beatles (which is thought to be about LSD, and the letters in the title spell LSD [Lucy, Sky, Diamonds])
I think it's a reference to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, there's another recording of this song where Will does an impression of Raoul Duke during the scene where Lucy tries to call them after they dosed her with a bunch of LSD. But honestly, even the movie references that song so it could be both, but it's more likely a reference to that movie because Will Wood has referenced it a bunch of other times in his songs and music videos
