One of two Beatles songs that apparently don't require disputing or anything. Dunno how true that'll be when this goes public so I'll keep it aside all the same!
This game was sweet, I like how each video is like a little acid trip, kinda like when you're actually tripping and each song takes you on a little journey.
I remember playing expert drums on this song for the first time and somehow getting like 85%, I wasn’t even very good at the game at all and I was so happy
Mark Kempsell I know it’s not, but this song gets very close to describing LSD, as it describes trippy imagery and has a name that can be made into an acronym saying L.S.D. (Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds).
No. They shouldn't. New instruments would be awful cause they wouldn't have the same care and attention. Also Harmonix no longer have the money required to license all of these songs out again along with the DLC.
Beatles Rock Band was a wonderful treat at the time. Also, helped me find out my dad was a Beatles poser the whole time. He only knows the hits and none of the other killer tracks on b-sides. XD
I think it is highly unlikely that they make a remake of this game, really. I wish they allowed us all to purchase the DLC songs again since I am sick and tired of playing the same ones every single time. I wish every single song of theirs were put into this marvellous game since there are many underrated songs of theirs deserving to be played and sung. It is such a big pity they were not included at all. Do you think they will be willing to release a sequel to this game? It would deserve to be made and released if only they did want to do that.
Picture yourself on a boat on a river with tangerine trees and marmalade skies. Somebody calls you. You answer quite slowly. A girl with kaleidoscope eyes. Cellophane flowers of yellow and green. Towering over your head. Look for the girl with the sun in her eyes and she’s gone. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Ah! Follow her down to a bridge by a fountain where rocking horse people eat marshmallow pies. Everyone smiles as you drift past the flowers that growed so incredibly high. Newspaper taxis appeared on the shore waiting to take you away. Climb in the back with your head in the cloud and you’re gone. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Ah! Picture yourself in a train in a station with plasticine porters with looking glass ties. Suddenly someone is there at the turnstiles. The girl with kaleidoscope eyes. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Ah! Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Ah! Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Lucy in the sky with diamonds. Ah!
Fabulous art work for this video bleeding with many colors of the rainbow, spinning like a kaleidoscope. I think you have to be on LSD or high to get the full Psychedelic experience. Open your mind...take a trip.
The Midnight hour is known as being great for mysticism- but here it appears to me this was meant as a very Daytime evocation or enchantment... At midnight some would seek the Mistress, Queen of Incantations... 3 p.m. is perhaps the most Dayside hour. Dionysian mysticism- actually, the Mystery Cults or School religion, one of the 11, is for Parenter Types only, as are 9 of the others; the Redeemer god Dionysos can impart mysteries to those of Animism or Paganism however. Gwydion is the god of fantasy, or mad fantasy; Creidne, or Mulciber, that of brilliant, innovative creativity. Mulciber would bless British musicians more than American ones; he is one of those who cursed the country calling itself U.S.A. in a formulation, in great indignation.
