Vincent Charbonnier is it possible to transpose your tabs (Una Mattina/Nuvole bianche) to ukulele? I tried to make new file, copied your tabs and pasted to ukukele project tablature. but it sounded like 1/300 of your fingerstyle. do you have any ideas? Thanks!

mhh.. I don't think copy / pasting guitar tabs to a new ukulele project is gonna work. Ukulele strings are not in the same order than guitar strings. + there are 6 strings on a guitar while there are only 4 strings on a ukulele. I'm not sure since I don't play ukulele a lot but in my opinion the best way to transpose the tabs would be to seek for the chords used on guitar to play the same on ukulele. Maybe you can start to transpose each chord then you develop it into melody and arpeggios. If I have some free time during the two next monthes, I will think about creating a ukulele cover!

Vincent, do you analyse the songs that you play? For example, do you find out how the song moves melodically and harmonically? If yes, I would love to see your analysis.

I'm not sure to understand your question but when I transpose the Einaudi songs from Piano to Guitar, I need to take a look at the piano sheet while listening to the original music. I can hear the right and the left hand from the piano and the most difficult part is to mix them two in one hand for guitar... Because I can't get all the notes you can play with two hands on piano. I have to play a bassline plus a melody with only one hand. Sorry for the late reply. Ok, I think you answered my question. What I meant was the score analysis where you study the music and ask why the composer transposed from this scale to that scale and blah blah blah. I think you know that :)

Due tramonti is very beautiful. Plus I started to learn violin 1 year ago so.. maybe I can try to play violin on it. I listened to Comptine d'un autre été 3 & I don't like it very much. But I'm in love with "J'y suis jamais allé" from Yann Tiersen & the french movie "Amélie Poulain" ! :) I'm adding Due Tramonti to my to do list but the two next one will be Experience & Divenire.
