My best friend Korey, one of your biggest fans, who showed me your guys podcast and turned it into our regular thing to watch together unexpectedly passed away in his sleep on Monday. Im finding great comfort and feeling closer to him watching you guys, thank you for always providing A+ content for us to enjoy boys💜
yep, its weirdly satisfying to go in his chat and be on your toes in contrast to other streamers chat where every asshole is treated like.a king because the streamers wants to sweet sweet sub and ad money
I’m listening to this Ep while at the gym and Nick saying “the hot chips banned and women only have lying now” nearly made me drop 135 on my forehead way too close to Slime describing death.
I'm getting distracted about 25 minutes into the episode by Aiden apparently not knowing how to comfortably sit on the ground. Props to you for sticking it out for over an hour.
Fallout 2 is trash because you can't start the game with a non combat build because of the stupid temple. Unrelated rant. The combat and controls are not worth any story, no matter how good.
Watching Slime doing his French impression with the Eiffel tower in the back ground feels like a completion of a chapter in a book. Only way this could be funnier, if he starts gaslighting people that his accent isn't bad, this is how they speak in Paris
Something I will say that I think you don't really learn about French culture until you experience it is that service and retail workers will often really insist on be greeted like normal people before you get down to whatever business you have with them. So if you're used to just walking up to a retail worker and straight up asking them something, like you might be in North America, you might find that won't fly in France until you've actually literally greeted them and they've reciprocated with at least some kind of a "hello", otherwise they get real short with you real quick lol
@@albread5409as someone who works retail it’s really a 50/50 some people will just be like “do you work here? where can i find this? or you’ll get a quick hi how are you? then they ask their question
@@JulianCedar I'm at work in my company uniform knowing that bro's going to ask one of the same 8 questions I'm always asked, and people be sayin that it's cool to get one of 8 different versions of meaningless small talk before we can get to business?? Bro that's like Sonic '06 loading screens for cutscenes
Slime asking if Aiden will be wearing a beret during the ad read and then immediately cutting back to the episode and HE’S wearing the beret is amazing
I learned when I was there recently that The Eiffel Tower is actually repainted about every 7 years. The paint protects the iron structure from rust. it's been bronze since 1968 but it's been red and yellow before.
at 54mins Slime describe the exact reason I enjoy you guys, I have my week go by and then I see the Yard post put it on and sit and do what I enjoy while listening along, Great one as always.
Listening to the Spotify episode i thought the backdrop would be some trees at the park under an overcast sky, but jesus with a capital J this is genuinely amazing
Ludwig once accidentally showed slimes balls on stream because he just had it on computer or desk and the camera moved. And you think pissing in the sink is the insane part? They just give each other printed out photos of their testicles. Them not caring someone pissed in a sink is the most normal part of their relationship.
Lud thinking getting called Canadian is a compliment is a misunderstanding. Getting called a Québécois in Paris is equivalent to being told "I can barely tell what you are saying"
Well he did say right after that he's equally as unintelligible as a Canadian so I think he understood but that's still better than thinking he's a clueless American lol
The lady from the shoe store was probably rude because you didn’t greet her before you talked to her, you just held up the shoe. That is considered rude in France from what I know. I remember a policeman completely ignoring me when I asked for directions in Paris until I said Bonjour.
@@samt3412 he just seem like the type of dude that would hang in the back of the crowd with me, get faded and vibe out, and just bounce along to a JPEGMAFIA x Danny Brown show but like in the kindest way possible
Luds and Slimes problems would be solved if they just realized their expectations for hanging out are not the same, slime being a certified vibe killer when it comes to group activities and Lud enjoying the feeling of "we're all full on into this" will never mesh well
Slime’s thing with group trips is just like me frfr (my therapist told me its neurodivergent behaviour and not just me being lazy and dramatic we win this ✊😔 )
You might be thinking "15 dollars well what do they give you a walkie talkie and a bullet in your head? No!" I've never been so tempted to switch my phone plan before
None of them appear to realize that the weird fake French accent they all keep doing is actually just that of the two identical European guys from Family Guy with the long wavy blonde hair.
I don't think that Ludwig has ever looked more french than he does in this video. The short hair, the slight goatee, the furrowed brow from the sun. Very France coded.
You guys have to go to Copenhagen, it’s awesome. I was in Øresund (a part of copenhagen) for a regatta, and I stayed in an AirBnB or VRBO or something that this guy rents out whenever he goes on trips, and the view was great. I could see the sound (ocean-like thing), the bridge to Sweden, all of the planes coming in/out of the Copenhagen airport, all of the ships passing through the shipping lane (including a few epic tall ships), an awesome beach that’s not really connected to the land except for bridges, and more. We only had to take a short ride on the metro (which was only two blocks away) to get to the main city, where we went to the danish war museum, a few candy shops, and a cool castle. I am only about 16, and have only really been to Europe when I was quite young, so I might just be overhyped about a normal European experience, but I did genuinely enjoy it. 10/10 would do again.
