Luffa and tofu recipe | Loofah Recipe 

Hello everyone today I will share with you guy the best way of making a delicious luffa recipe which you will need to prepare:
Ingredients:
- 3 luffas (medium size)
- 200g soft tofu
- some carrot
- some ginger
- some green onion
- chili (optional)
- cooking oil
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp oyster sauce
- ¼tsp salt
- ½tsp sugar
- ½tbsp cornstarch + water
- Water
