Best villain in OP IMHO. He may not be the best in terms of strength, but he's got this inherent madness and ruthlessness, which gives him a unique presence in OP. Just like DC's Joker

@@38achref26 Law did but he would only use it for life and death and it wouldn't work that well with Mingo compared to big mom.

@arikadoriyama4724 The one thing that subverts this issue and these expectations is actually Law's incredibly fast thinking by telling Luffy off in front of Doflamingo right after; saying that they'll never be able to use this strategy again. Because realistically Mingo would always be watching for them to attempt this again otherwise. By aknowleding this, it sort of takes away some of the constant "are they going to do it again?" anticipation. Which is why they actually *are* able to pull it off a second time later on; in reversed order and with some additional set up from Law when he fakes his death. They took a "We wasted our best chance" scenario and were able to make it work again a second time and almost succeeded.

His arm would already be covered in busoshoku haki. I don't think the metal would add very much. Though Kid could probably imbue the metal with busoshoku haki the same way people do with weapons

Fratele Rece to be fair, they are pirates. The natural enemies of the marines. Hancock said it herself that she was only there for her people (and Luffy). She wasn’t on either side. Hawkeye was just bored and Doflamingo just likes chaos. Even Moria was only there because he thought it’d be funny if Whitebeared died. The whole Shichibukai system is pretty twisted.
