He just worry about his Straw hat and tries looking for it in the tub that Nami is bathing in. We also see in a One Piece OP with Luffy, Usopp and Chopper walk in on Nami when she is showering trying to catch a flying beetle and they did not react to Nami. Chopper don't get attracted to humans, Usopp would react. Usopp have seen Nami naked alone before and did react way more. Luffy will either have a very low sex drive or no sex drive at all, but he do love his meat!

I honestly think the creator will NOT backdown on no romance within the straw hat crew. However, after watching one piece from the beginning and seeing all the different interactions between luffy and women characters. I believe if luffy was to have a romantic relationship with anyone. It would probably be margaret(blonde woman from boa’s island). I say this because she appears to be(so far anyway) the only female character that never hated luffy from the start and that has left a very permanent positive impression on him. Probably because she never betrayed him…at all. Margaret went as far as to turn herself into stone and going against boa hancock’s decision to execute luffy. I know she doesn’t get much screen time but the creator could EASILY work a small romance with luffy and Margaret once luffy is done on his adventures. Also Margaret’s design is EXACTLY the same as past pirates’ partners. Gol D Rodger’s partner and rayleigh’s partner also have the same design as Margaret as well. Being separated by design and how oda likes to put hidden hints in artworks.
If luffy ever were to get married he’d have to become the pirate king and he’d have to accomplish his friends goals too. Since they helped him out through the whole story. So his friends couldn’t be wives because they’re too much of a friend figure to luffy to be anymore than that. I hope his wife is hancock in the distant future, and I hope becoming the pirate king opens luffy’s eyes and makes him see that there’s more to being a pirate than being just a pirate.
You forgot one kiss, the very first kiss in One Piece early on in East Blue Saga when Johnny and Josaku accidently kissed on Going Merry. It happened under the Baratie arc. We don't see the kiss but we do see them trip and fall over each other and you hear a kissing sound. Later on when we do see their expressions them both are doing a disgusted face. I'm sure that they did kiss on the lips.
the correct ending to Luffy and Hancocks story is that Hancock spends months learning how to master the art of cooking, more specifically, cooking meat. The food is so good that Luffy literally falls in love with Hancock over the food, the end. Kaboom.

I don't think we will see anything "romantic" to do with Luffy or the crew but I think in the epilogue we will see Luffy and Nami have a kid and Zoro married to/living with Hiyori and Sanji with Pudding. And Maybe Robin and Law.. they are kinda perfect for each other.

When we see something like this, the protagonist is always serious about his goals. But after achieving those goals, he will start thinking of marriage e.g. Naruto, Ichigo, Hyakkimaru, etc. Luffy however isn't thinking about women right now but at the end of the series, after the war, he will think of settling down with someone and Nami is the favourite in the long list of girls who could end up with him
Let's be fair. Nami Loves Luffy. She's acting strong and she herself believes she's a friend because she doesn't want to disturb Luffy's dreams. Robin loves Zoro, but she'll never act nor being jealous if Zoro fall in love with another person.
Oda literally said he won't focus on romance / couples etc. But I don't see how Luffy, once conquering the grande line, won't want love. He obviously has a time limit, but Hancock is a beautifully compatible. I ship Luffy and Hancock 🙏🏽
The story has also gone on much longer than Oda planned and the readers have aged with it. Would not surprise me if more romance came in like Pudding and Hiyori but I think he will confirm or wrap it up in an epilogue.

Oda says there will be no planned couples in one piece, true but the fans want to see them. Recently i read a fan made video about a romantic ending to the one piece movie Red called “what if Luffy fell in love Uta” that was so good I want it to cannon. Boa and luffy, Sangi and Nami, Zoro and Robbin seem like the best couples without the crew of Straw hats. There are also other combinations that seem possible at the end of one piece
