Now the main story is still behind the scenes. But as always, the people are distracted and only focussed on the side characters like Luffy and the rest of strawhats, the new generation, celestial dragons, and the emperors. But the main people are still behind the scenes. The people who are everything in One Piece. The people who control the World Government and command the Gorosei.
