You have to download it on PC. All I did is looked up how to download Mugen V12 on RU-vid and you should be able find a video that will tell you I can't remember which one I actually use cuz it's been a while back since I downloaded it sorry but yeah that's how I did it and I just had to kind of watch them until I found a good one that showed me how.
It's called Mugen V12 it's basically like your average fighting games but it has a lot of different cool anime characters to choose from, I had to download it on PC
The game is crap. Are you saying that Sakura was able to defeat Luffy 1 time, but Naruto wasn't? And why the hell did Sasuke's lightning attacks hurt Luffy if he's rubbery?
I've had this game for a while now so I don't really remember the link I used to get it, but you should be able to go on RU-vid and look up how to install Mugen v12 and find videos on how to install it.
Oh come on those fights were 100% planned they literally let luffy win Naruto has more power what happened to sage mode or kcm mode or 9 tails and Kim mode or what happened to rasen shuriken they didn't used full powers and luffy was supported by others while Naruto characters were on solo
