Lufthansa Airlines Boeing 747-8 cabin tour. This aircraft has 8 First class, 80 business class, 32 premium economy, & 244 economy seats. Sorry this one is a little quick. The GoPro was at 10% bat and I had a lot of plane to cover.
@@cloxzzy Agreed. The only seats worth to pay extra perhaps are the bulkhead seats, considering nobody will be sleeping on your lap as they lean back with their chairs. Sitting at he exit is a very cold place. Thick shoes and several blankets needed. I was given a hot water bottle. Actually worked nicely. Also, personally I find the seats rather hard, not soft enough for long haul flights.
I have been flying in the 747-8 several times. The plane simply has something to it. My next flight with her will be in a few months - Business Class - upper deck
Very cool! Great tour! I’d love to have a final ride in a 747, have been pax on a -100, -200, -300, -400, -400 Combi and SP. Just need a -8 and I can call my flying days good :-) Are those the same biz seats as LH has on the A340 DTW to FRA route? Bit of a letdown with those, I prefer DL one… work trips but for the big $ that biz is, I kinda expect good…
Certain routes have them specifically to Frankfurt. I know Houston is a seasonal route (747-8 is only used during summer operations) New York, Miami, Chicago, la, all use the 474
The crew rest? I dont show things like that in these videos as most of the people watching them use these videos to book seats or see the cabin of what they are flying on so things like the crew rest or cockpit dont really pertain to them.
Business class doesnt look very modern and private, extra legroom economy/premium economy are the best deal with long haul lufthansa. It's not that the food or service are any better in business or first class tbh, at least it's not worth the money. Their selling point is the 747 itself. The color scheme, service and seats are mediocre.
The majority of the people watching these are only interested in seeing the cabin of what they are going to be flying on. I am not going to make it longer by adding stuff most people don't want to see. Sorry
@@MTAviationPhotoFilm How do you know that viewers do not want to see the flight deck, or galleys, lavatories from inside and crewtest area pilots/cabin crew? Because I do as well. And you condescending answers above are just nasty! After all, viewers are generating money for you. And that question from that viewer that a nicely put, while you snap at him. Sorry, but a no go! Thumbs down from me.
WakeUpCall, Because based on statistical data its true. Cabin videos get way more views than my cockpit videos because people want to see the cabin they are flying in, not the cockpit. You can even look at the comment likes in this thread to back that up. I could care less if you dont like my replies or think they are condescending since I dont cater to trolls like yourself.
If you have something to say, based your opinion on facts, not your opinion which is always wrong just like the others here on youtube. They stop making the A380 because the only airlines that are buying them are Singapore Airlines. When the French started this BS was because is well known as being extremely envious of the US in anything they do. So they took over 2 billion dollars from their taxpayers and they had to undo the 747 lines so they build this beached whale.
