No battery and power bank allowed for luggage, if you plan to bring them, you need to carry it with you and put it in the cabin. They might/will explode because of the compression in the baggage storage area during taking off and landing. That's what I've been told from one of the ladies in the airport. So, better safe then go to a funeral for everyone inside the plane.
