To be honest, I had no idea that you could actually try to hand over the bucket to the bucket destroyer and that Stanley would just refuse to do it. I was already 100% against doing it as the player, so I was attempting to sabotage the machine the entire time.

That's actually interesting, as far as i can tell that's the only choice that the game doesnt allow you to make. Let me say that again, the only decision that the game doesnt allow the player to make in the entire game, is to destroy the bucket.

@@billygoatguy3960 Since the devs strongly insist that everything they did in the game is some form of meta-commentary, it does make me wonder what's that supposed to mean for sure.. unless that was just Stanley showing a bit of character independantly from the player for once in the entire game. The one time Stanley refused to push a button.

The Bucket has plot armor, it can't survive its fight with Gambhorra'ta just to die to Bucket Destroyer. The latter may be a really well fleshed out character but it doesn't deserve that victory. Now seriously though, I'm surprised you can't when there already are other two endings in which you lose it. Were they afraid people wouldn't see the end of the joke? Or was it simply too hard to animate the bucket breaking? They could have faded to black.

9:45 this is brilliant but i like 9:05 but also the HA HAA! laughs by lui seem to be increasing lately and im all for it, not only because people create brilliant memes with it. also wondering what she meant with "wall maria". is it about people living in ignorance of their surroundings?
