In Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween, the ride's cars take guests on a delightful spinning journey, choreographed to Halloween-inspired songs sung by Luigi and his cousins. The ride’s trackless system allows the vehicles to move freely and unexpectedly, giving riders a unique experience each time. Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween transforms Casa Della Tires into a Halloween ride that's perfect for guests of all ages.
This ride is one of several attractions at Disney California Adventure that receives a Halloween transformation as part of the Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party. This special ticketed event turns the park into a Halloween-themed wonderland, complete with immersive treat trails, villain encounters, and special nighttime shows. Alongside Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween, other attractions like Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree also receive spooky overlays during the Halloween season, making Haul-O-Ween a key part of the Oogie Boogie Bash experience. Over at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, guests can enjoy the family-friendly Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom, featuring trick-or-treating, exclusive character appearances, and festive Halloween parades.
The original version of this attraction, Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters, opened in Cars Land on March 7, 2016. It replaced the previous attraction, Luigi’s Flying Tires. Luigi’s Flying Tires was a unique hovercraft-style ride, but it was eventually replaced due to guest feedback. Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters is inspired by the Cars film series and brings the world of Radiator Springs to life.
Cars Land, where Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween is located, is a fully immersive area that opened on June 15, 2012, and is based on the beloved Cars films by Disney-Pixar. The land recreates the town of Radiator Springs, offering attractions like Radiator Springs Racers, Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree, and Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters. Cars Land is a fan-favorite area of the park, with its detailed theming, interactive experiences, and the ability to bring the Cars universe to life.
Disney California Adventure Park is one of the two theme parks at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The park opened on February 8, 2001, and is themed around the history and culture of California, offering a variety of attractions, entertainment, and dining experiences inspired by the Golden State.
